Image of the City -- What Tacomans think about Tacoma (2004)
The results of a broad-based survey of the people of Tacoma, which included all age groups, races and ethnicity, household incomes, and education. Questions ranged from Tacoma icons, to the �personality� of Tacoma, to expectations for Tacoma in the years ahead. This study engaged thousands of Tacomans, responding in five languages. Insights into Tacoma�s government and its operations after interviewing 27 civic and political leaders with city government background and experience, and an examination of comparable municipal government systems.

Youth at Risk (2002)
Whether a Community Assessment Center would be a useful tool to facilitate Tacoma/Pierce County�s efforts to deal with its children and youth at risk. The study deals primarily with those children and youth who come into contact with local governmental entities because of criminal behavior, abuse, or neglect.
